Terms of Service
These terms cover your purchase and use of Roofline Quotes, an instant-quote form for exterior-service businesses, sold by Shubham Chavan ("we", "us"), B-402, The Legend, The Legend Road, Hinjewadi Phase 1, Pune, MH, India.
1. What you are buying
A one-time license to use Roofline Quotes for one business, on one quote form (identified by its slug). There are two options: Do-it-yourself (you build your form in the setup page) and Done-for-you (we build and install it from your price sheet or website). Prices are shown at checkout in US dollars. There is no subscription.
2. Activation
Your form can send you leads once we issue an activation key for your slug and email address. We aim to do this within a few hours of purchase (Do-it-yourself) or within 24 hours (Done-for-you). Demo and preview pages never send requests.
3. Your responsibilities
- You set your own prices. Quotes shown to your customers are estimates, and you decide what to charge.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your form, and for how you contact and serve your customers, including any laws on calls, texts and email.
- Do not use the product for unlawful, misleading or abusive purposes.
4. How requests are delivered
When a customer submits your form, the request is passed to the email address you configured through a third-party form relay (FormSubmit). That relay may require a one-time confirmation of your email address. We do not guarantee delivery of any individual email, and the form always offers your customer a text-message and call option as a backup.
5. Warranty and liability
The product is provided "as is". We do not promise that it will earn you any particular number of leads or revenue. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages.
6. Refunds
You can ask for your money back within 14 days of purchase, for any reason. See the refund policy.
7. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Pune have jurisdiction, unless your local consumer law says otherwise.
